Title: Contextual factors that impact early-career biology faculty teaching practices
Summary: I want to share preliminary results and future directions of my postdoctoral work at MSU. We are still challenged by how to quantify departmental culture and institutional structures.
Goal: I look forward to discussion about the significance of the results so far, and brainstorming methods and metrics for qualtitatively/quantitatively measuring department interactions and institutional reward systems. Additionally, are the data that we are collecting aligned with the questions we are asking?
