The National Science Foundation has awarded approximately $2 million to the Connected Mathematics Project at Michigan State University. The project investigators are Elizabeth Phillips, AJ Edson, and Kristen Bieda at Michigan State University and Chad Dorsey and Nathan Kimball at Concord Consortium.

The new design research project will create a collaborative digital environment for middle school mathematics teachers to promote effective planning, implementation, assessment, and reflections. The digital environment for the teachers links to an existing student collaborative environment, which embeds the CMP curriculum materials.

Congratulations to our colleagues in PRIME!
