Dr. Melanie Cooper elected to National Academy of Education
Congratulation to Melanie Cooper, whose groundbreaking research is transforming how chemistry is taught at MSU and beyond, has been inducted as one of the 14 new members of the academy.
People from underrepresented backgrounds in STEM have made, and continue to make, huge contributions that drive society forward. Sadly, many of these groundbreaking achievements haven’t gotten the recognition they deserve.
Congratulations to all of the PI's and university partners involved in the new NSF-funded collaborative grant "Assessing Mathematical Sensemaking in Science (AMaSS)": Kevin Haudek, Melanie Cooper and Rachel Henderson at MSU; Anita Schuchardt
