European University Cyprus has declared November 2025 as “AI Month” to raise awareness and foster dialogue about artificial intelligence across academia, business, education, and the public. The month will feature lectures, workshops, and discussions exploring AI’s technological, social, ethical, and educational impacts. Highlights include a keynote by Professor Joe Krajcik titled “GenAI as an Intellectual Partner to Improve the Teaching and Learning of STEM on the opening day, November 3, 2025.
Dr. Krajcik will discuss the ways that Generative AI can be an intellectual partner with teachers, and the multiple challenges that using GenAI in classrooms creates.
