Rejuvenating Science in a Dynamic World

The 73rd MSTA Annual Conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Kalamazoo, Michigan. 

MSTA's annual conference is the largest state conference dedicated to science teaching for K-20 educators, focusing on strategies and best practices in science education. The theme of this year's event is Rejuvenating Science in a Dynamic World.

Strands at the conference include: 

  • Leadership and Advocacy
  • Equity and Student Sensemaking
  • 3P (Problem, Place and Project)
  • Research to Practice
  • STEM/Tech

CREATE's Dr. Cory Miller and Kara Haas, doctoral student in curriculum, instruction (CITE) and science education at MSU, will be presenting their work with the MiTEN project that they developed last year.
