Danny Caballero honored by American Physics Society

Congratulations to Danny Caballero, Lappan-Phillips Associate Professor of physics education, on the recent announcement from the APS that he is a recipient of the Excellence in Education designation. He shares the award with fellow PICUP team leaders Kelly Roos of Bradley University, Larry Engelhardt of Francis Marion University, Marie Lopez del Puerto of University of St. Thomas, Norman Chonacky of Yale University and Robert Hilborn of the American Association of Physics Teachers. 

PICUP (Partnership for Integrating Computation into Undergraduate Physics) is a community of educators that share resources, support and conversation that helps advance the availability of instructional materials around integrating computational sciences into physics education.
