Seminar Description

This workshop focuses on practical, individual-level strategies to strengthen resilience and well-being in research careers. Participants will explore how to normalize the inherent uncertainties of research work, including rejection and ambiguity, and reframe these experiences as part of professional growth.

The session will emphasize building sustainable work practices that support long-term productivity, strengthening psychological resilience through effective self-regulation and adaptive thinking, and intentionally cultivating strong social and professional support networks. Attendees will leave with concrete tools to manage stress, set healthier boundaries, navigate challenges with greater confidence, and apply strategies that support both personal well-being and sustained research success.

All are welcome to attend, but please register in advance. Light refreshments will be provided.
