ABOUT
Kristen Bieda is a mathematics education professor and is the Associate Director of Mathematics for the CREATE for STEM Institute. She is also the interim chairperson of the Department of Teacher Education.
Renee Bayer, MHSA
Irene "Renee" Bayer joined CREATE for STEM in 2012, having spent many years at the University of Michigan. Her area of expertise is in community-academic partnerships. Renee was Principal Investigator on the Health in Our Hands project, a multi-year research/outreach project which was funded by the U.S. Institute of Health, SEPA. Renee has many publications to her credit and has a long list of presentations she has been invited to give both locally and around the country.
